How It Works:
- First, we can begin by discussing your vision/idea. Please include any important details you need me to know, the more the better.
- Once I understand, I will provide a quote, which remains the same through the process.
- After the quote, I require a down payment of at least 50% to be made to: paypal.me/innerestingsoul. Once your commission has begun, it cannot be refunded, unless something should happen on my end preventing me from finishing.
- Once your commission starts, I will be in regular contact.* I will give a sketch(es) depending on the project.
- After the sketch is completed, I'll continue with the drawing. Your input is very important, so I will remain in contact, but I have a style in which I work, so I recommend browsing my gallery to become familiar with my style.
- Once complete, you will receive a photo of the finished drawing. At this point, I require the rest of the payment. Finally, I will send you a digital copy and the original (or a signed print, if a digital commission).
*A commission can take anywhere from a day to a month or more to complete depending on the commission itself and time I have available to work on it. If you have a deadline for me to meet, I will let you know upfront if it is possible.
Cancellations and Refunds:
• If you need to cancel for what ever reason, let me know as soon as possible. If work was not started, I will give you a full refund. If it has, I will give you a refund of what I have not done.
• If for some reason, I cannot complete your commission and decide to drop the project, you will get a full refund, regardless of if you have paid me the deposit or not, or how far along I am on it.
• Cancelled items that have been started may be tweaked into other pieces or scrapped.

• The commissioner will retain the rights of their characters. I, however, retain all reproduction rights; I have the right to make prints of a general subject at my discretion. If the commission is of a personal nature you may of course, ask that I not post it publicly.
• You may not reproduce the artwork for profit. I'm only selling you the Artwork, not the Copyrights. You may not sell copies, prints, or other merchandise. If you are looking to use my work for commercial purposes you must have my consent first; my art may not be used as a watermark, logo, ad, cover (books, CD's, poster, etc.) without my agreement. • You may not claim the art as yours. All commissions will come with a digital watermark or signature and you may not remove it. • I have the right to turn down commissions. |
